Registration Form & Procedure

Participants may register online or by completing the Registration Form and return it with appropriate payment to the Congress Secretariat by fax or mail no later than 15 May 2006 for Early Bird Rate.

Payment
Payment of registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars or US Dollars by the following methods:

A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the Registration Form. All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the remitter.

Cancellation Policy
Refund for cancellations of registration will be made subject to the following deadline and administration charge:

On or before 31 July 2006	50% of registration fee
After 31 July 2006	No refund

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the Congress. Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is given prior to the start of the Conference.

Notes:

1.	The prevailing exchange rate is approximately US$1 = HK$7.70.
2.	Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
3.	Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do not send cash.
4.	Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is acceptable.
5.	A letter of confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to International Conference Consultants Limited.
6.	The Congress Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Congress, the only liability of the organizing committee is to refund all the fees paid.
7.	Registration counters will be set at the Reception Concourse, Ground Floor of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The counters will operate from 08:00 to 18:00, 25 – 28 August 2006.
